Network Design Associates employs highly skilled network engineers for clients in the Sacramento area. Each of our engineers possesses a minimum of four years working with networks in the role of an administrator or engineer.

Project Management

Oversee, coordinate, and assist existing or contracted staff. Implement project plans, such as software and hardware migrations, corporate moves, and installations of new servers and networks.

Design and Implementation

Define the infrastructure and necessary components to meet the client’s needs. Contract necessary vendors, assemble equipment, load operating systems, install and configure applications, and test the network.

Repair

Fix network problems including server failures, cabling and connectivity problems, connections to mid-range and mainframe systems, printing failures, and application problems. Utilize protocol analysis tools as needed.

Documentation and Training

Document networks and cabling systems. Identify all components of the network. Document all users, groups, rights/permissions, directory structure, scripts, and printers. Train network managers.

Preventative Maintenance

Provide proper maintenance for networks including Tape Backup tests, UPS evaluation, updated documentation, volume/directory repairs, emergency procedures, and virus scans.
