Partners in Care (PIC) is a locally owned and family operated business in Auburn, providing non-medical home care for seniors in 6 northern California counties.
Expansion plans into a new market presented PIC with a challenge for their existing IT Network. Maintaining a stable IT environment while preparing for expansion was a primary concern. After an initial phone conversation, an evaluation meeting was scheduled with Steve Hicks and Ken Hayes from NDA. NDA’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) proposal and onboarding recommendations were well within PIC’s budgetary expectations. During the onboarding process, the NDA engineers worked closely with Shaun and the PIC team to ensure that there was as little disruption to daily business as possible. As soon as the initial projects were completed, the NDA Helpdesk support team was standing by to assist the end users as needed.
During the first meeting, Shaun said that one of the things he wanted from the partnership was peace of mind, knowing that his company IT needs would be met so he could focus on growing his business. We have worked hard to meet and exceed that expectation.
